In this class we stretch the glut and piriformis muscle in order to release tension in the lower back and QL (quadratus lumborum). This class addresses sciatic nerve compression and low back pain.

Prajna Yoga makes its home in the foothills of Santa Fe, New Mexico – the home of Tias and Surya Little.
